Cabernet Sauvignon:

Aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels, this wine opens with aromas of black cherry, hickory smoke and the cigar box.  On the palate it has layers of caramel, gingerbread and burnt sugar like that on crème brûlée.  Polished tannins and moderate acidity render the wine very elegant all the way to the lasting finish.


Aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels, this wine exhibits a deep garnet red with a purple tint, followed by an incredible nose of black fruits confiture, roasted walnut and coffee. It is full bodied and velvety on the palate with ripe dates and fig, supported by smooth tannins.  The noticeably long finish has notes of caramel and sweet tobacco.


A deep crimson red color throughout indicates this wine is intense and concentrated, but not without finesse and elegance in taste.  Aged for 22 months new French oak barrels, it is packed with layers of chocolate, coffee, shitake mushroom and balsamic, framed by an excellent degree of black fruits, powerful tannins and leveled acidity leading to a satisfying finish.


Inky dark red in color, this wine has a distinctive nose of exotic spices and ripe dark fruits with hints of toasted bread, roasted coffee and chocolate. It is well structured and rich in texture with a little spiciness and a hint of smoke. Aged for 22 months new French oak barrels, the wine possesses fine tannins, moderate acidity, and a touch of sandalwood at the lingering finish.


A deep crimson red describes this wine, which has been aged in new French oak barrels for 22 months.  The wine is soft, smooth and elegant, yet altogether full bodied. Layers of black fruits such as cherry and fig, leather, pepper and cocoa develop decadently on the palate while the finish is topped with a hint of mint and smoke.

Sauvignon Blanc:

This wine, aged in stainless steel for 22 months has a very attractive and vibrant lemon-gold color, which exhibits a complex bouquet of white peaches, pomelo flowers, citrus zest and hints of herbs such as thyme and nettle.  Very well-balanced, this full bodied wine delivers a silky and elegant feel on the palate with layers of citrus, melons, apricot and a good deal of minerality laced with notes of eucalyptus at the long finish.


10 months aging in new French oak barrels renders this wine a copper-gold color in the glass, followed by another 12 months aging in stainless steel gives it the mellowness and complexity an old world style Chardonnay.  Aromas of sweet citrus, melons and orange blossoms entices the nose, while on the palate the wine is finesse and intense at the same time with layers of peach, cantaloupe and honey, laced with hints of toasted oak, hazelnut and yeast.  The finish is structured and long with balanced acidity and complex acidity.
